I believe in honouring ourselves and our journey, embracing self-care and spirituality, while also thriving in the physical benefits of asana practice.

 

In addition to being a certified yoga teacher, I also hold a nutrition qualification and have a long history of studying spirituality, allowing me to take a well-rounded approach to health and well-being.
